First Contact – You contact us and we arrange for a time to have a chat either over the phone, by video meeting or face to face. The main objective is to discuss your objectives and finance needs and decide on the process that will work best for you.
Preparation – We will send you a link to our “Fact Find” which includes our Credit Services Guide This tool will help you to tell us your financial situation so that we can understand how we can help you meet your objectives.
Credit Assessment – With the information you have provided in the fact find as well as our understanding of your objectives we will use our experience and deep understanding of Lenders policies and products to assess your borrowing capacity and financing options.
Discussing your options – When we talk with you to review our analysis, we will tell you the options we have identified and how they compare to each other. We can tell you about various lenders service levels, lender fees and costs, ease of use and ongoing performance based on our many years of experience with thousands of clients just like you. As part of this process, we will also provide you with formal statement of advice that outlines our recommendations and the reasons why. We will discuss your you the next steps and hep you decide what to do.
Application – when you’re ready we will prepare the application forms for you and submit them to the lender you have chosen.
Approval – we will liaise with the lender on your behalf to achieve a timely approval. We will also help you understand the purchase or refinance process and guide you on steps you need to take with other professionals such as solicitors and real estate agents.
Settlement – once approved we will assist you with correctly executing the loan documents and manage the bank to meet settlement due dates.
Post Settlement – after your loan has settled, our service does not end here. We are committed to saving you money over the life of your loan. I proactively manage your loan to ensure you pay the least amount possible, adapting to market conditions to maximise your savings. I value lasting relationships.
